1. About Gavrivo

Gavrivo is an online store offering problem-solving home and kitchen gadgets, household accessories, and related products to customers in Pakistan.

We aim to provide useful, practical, and affordable products that make everyday tasks easier.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, dimensions, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur due to:

• Manufacturing variations

• Packaging changes

• Supplier updates

Such minor variations do not necessarily indicate that the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Gavrivo may contact you to offer an alternative product, wait for restocking, or cancel the order where necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Gavrivo reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, or offers at any time.

The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders & Order Verification

After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation call, SMS, WhatsApp message, or email from Gavrivo to verify your order and delivery information.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may verify:

• Customer name

• Phone number

• Delivery address

• Product and quantity

• Order total

Orders that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Order verification is an important measure for reducing fake orders and unsuccessful COD deliveries in Pakistan.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations across Pakistan.

Customers are required to pay the confirmed order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please note that courier companies may not allow customers to open or inspect COD parcels before payment. This practice is commonly followed by courier services in Pakistan.

If your parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with before payment, please contact Gavrivo before accepting it.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a customer repeatedly places and refuses COD orders, Gavrivo reserves the right to restrict or disable COD access for
